Yin Yoga Master Class (1)
Join Amanda White in a 2 hour yin yoga experience. Yin Yoga is where students hold the poses for 2-5 minutes in an effort to release the facia rather than stretching muscles and tendons. The class is more relaxing and submissive in nature although can be quite intense.
