Join Amanda White for an intuitive Slow Flow practice that will provide a beautiful blend of Vinyasa poses traveling at a slower pace. We will lean into some juicy holds to help open our larger muscle groups. Expect to feel rejuvenated and refreshed in preparation for the indoor spa time.
