Key West Summer Solstice Workshops

Join Amanda for two Key West workshops to celebrate the summer solstice + the official kick off to our summer season! We will practice outside in a private, lush pavilion sanctuary that will make you feel like you're in the jungle in the center of urban Key West.

Saturday, June 18th @ 12 - 6 PM

Sunday, June 19th @ 12 - 4 PM

Balancing your inner + outer worlds - We will combine asanas, meditation, intro on 8 limbs of Yoga, writing, and have group discussions to dive deeply into achieving balance and what that means.  Learn tools to recenter yourself and achieve the ultimate level of balance for your optimal creativity + health.

Price includes:

• Two-day intimate workshop (limited to 8 students), snack + group dinner on Saturday night.
• Recommendations for accomodations

• Transportation, parking, nightly accommodations, meals not listed.
