One price includes morning bayside yoga, juice break and intention setting exercise, playtime at the spa and pool, group paddle board on the bay and afternoon yoga workshop.
Schedule:
- Morning bayside class 9 - 10:15A
- Juice Break 10:15 - 11A
- Play time on your own 11A - 4:30P (Stand Up Paddle, pool, spa, eat)
- Afternoon class in the yoga studio 4:30 - 6:30P
- Indoor baths 6:30 - 10P
$185 includes 2 yoga classes with Amanda White, 1 juice, 1 stand up paddle and Spa Day Pass
